Please note, we aim to process returns within 5 business days upon being “Delivered to Retailer” - not delivered to the ReBound “Local hub”.
ReBound returns are sent to the ReBound’s local hub first, where they are sorted and then forwarded to our warehouse. This procedure can generally take up to 8-10 working days.
